Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

With over 30 years-experience as a Gas Engineer with up-to-date Gas Safe registration, I can provide gas safety check certificates for landlords and letting agents. By law a CP12, Landlords Gas Safety Inspection Certificate must be issued every 12 months for a gas boiler and any gas appliances in a rental property, by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

A CP12 is a legal document confirming that all gas appliances and gas installations work in accordance with legally agreed rules at the time of the inspection. If for any reason one or more of your gas appliances doesn’t work correctly at the time of inspection, where possible I can repair the problem to ensure it’s in full working order. Or where that isn’t possible, I can advise you on and source the correct gas appliances as a replacement.
